Definitions and core concepts
In these terms, the following definitions apply to betting conducted by Jilimine. A Line is the collection of events offered for wagering, with the odds published by Jilimine for each market within the Line. A Bet is an agreement formed when a Client accepts a Line and funds are debited from the Client’s account. Bets are binding once accepted in accordance with these rules and applicable laws unless otherwise stated herein. An Outcome is a discrete market within a Line that determines a specific result (for example, Team A to win, draw, or a precise score). Odds are the multiplier used to calculate potential payout and are expressed as decimal odds in all settlements. Settlement is the process of determining the result of a Bet after the relevant event has concluded, based on official data; where official data cannot be verified, Jilimine may void or suspend settlement in accordance with these terms. Dead heats are settled by proportionate distribution of stakes among the winning outcomes.
Line and markets
Line comprises events offered for wagering, together with the markets and odds applicable at the time of presentation. Bets may be classified as Prematch or Live, with Prematch bets placed before the event start and Live bets accepted during the event. The Line may be updated, suspended or closed in accordance with official data and internal risk controls. Bets are accepted in relation to the Regulation Time unless a market explicitly states otherwise. The following market types are available via the Line:
-
Single: a wager on a single outcome of a single event. Winnings are calculated by multiplying the stake by the applicable odds.
-
Express (Accumulator): a wager on multiple independent outcomes. All selections must win for the Express to pay; the total payout is the product of the odds of all selections and the stake.
-
System: a wager on a defined set of outcomes. Each valid combination within the System pays separately; the overall payout is the sum of the payouts for all included combinations.
-
Conditional: a chained wager in which only the first (main) part is paid, with the remaining components funded from the winnings of the main part. If the main part fails, dependent bets are void.
-
Banker: a component within a System bet designated as the Banker. The Banker must win for the System to produce the full payout; otherwise, settlement follows the applicable System rules for incomplete outcomes. The Banker component is part of the System and subject to the same restrictions as other selections.
-
Restrictions: it is prohibited to include the same match’s outcomes in multiple bets within a single wager. If detected, the bet may be refunded or voided in accordance with these rules.
Bet acceptance, limits and live betting
Bets are accepted on the Line in accordance with the available balance and the valid Line on screen. The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each event and market are determined by Jilimine and may vary by sport and event. Bets placed after the start of an event (for Prematch) are generally invalid, except for Live bets, which are accepted during the event. Once a bet is registered and confirmed by the system, it cannot be altered or canceled except as otherwise provided in these rules. Jilimine reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts, modify odds, or suspend betting activity without notice where necessary to manage risk.
Live betting
-
Live bets are accepted on events in progress and on outcomes with undetermined results. Odds update in real time to reflect the evolving match conditions.
-
Live bets are settled based on information available immediately after the event concludes, using official data. In the absence of official data, Jilimine may rely on its internal statistics to determine settlement in accordance with the market terms.
-
Claims regarding Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start. Bets on events that are abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of the start may be void or settled at odds of 1 where applicable under these terms.
Settlement rules and data sources
-
Settlement is determined by official results from authoritative sources. If official data conflicts with other sources, Jilimine may suspend settlement and await verification, or settle according to the official documents of the relevant competition when available.
-
If a market is displayed with an incorrect price or outcome, settlement may be voided or corrected in light of the correct official data. When a result is amended after the fact (for example due to a successful appeal), such amendments are ignored for settlement purposes unless the rules specify otherwise.
-
In events with a Dead Heat, the stake is divided proportionally among the number of winners. The calculation uses the original stake divided by the number of winners, multiplied by the applicable odds for the winning outcome.
Soccer market specifics
Soccer markets are generally based on the result at the end of Regulation Time. VAR decisions, where applicable, are incorporated into the final official result. If a match is interrupted, abandoned, or not completed under standard conditions, unsettled markets are void unless the rules provide an alternative settlement. Key market features include:
-
First Goalscorer: goals scored before the match end are counted; own goals are excluded from settlement. If a player enters the match after the goal has been scored, bets on that player may be voided as specified by the market rules.
-
Anytime Goalscorer: all players who took part in the match are considered as runners; own goals are excluded from settlement for this market.
-
Halftime and Full-time outcomes, Correct Score, and Handicap markets: settled according to the official result after applying any Handicap where applicable. European Handicap is an integer value and always applies to the home team in the market representation.
-
Discrepancies between official data and broadcast data: settlement is based on official league or competition documents. Where multiple official sources exist, Jilimine reserves the right to determine the controlling source for settlement.
Horse racing and concession markets
Horse racing settlements adhere to industry standard conventions. Where a market offers a Double Result concession, the bet is settled on the First Past the Post result and any subsequent weights or steward’s inquiries are accounted for in the concession. Official results and weigh-in outcomes govern settlement; if a winner is disqualified after weigh-in, the concession rules determine the final payout in favor of the customer. First Past the Post and official result terms apply unless otherwise stated in the market terms.
General eligibility and conduct
-
Eligibility requires the Client to be of legal age as defined by applicable laws and regulations in the Client’s jurisdiction. Jilimine may request proof of identity and residence to verify age and eligibility under KYC and AML requirements.
-
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the correctness of bet details at the time of acceptance. Bets, once accepted, are not subject to cancellation except as provided by these terms and applicable law.
-
Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or closed for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, abuse of promotions or controls, or violations of game integrity rules.
Disputes, adjustments and cancellations
-
Jilimine reserves the right to correct errors in odds, markets, and settlement as soon as such errors are identified. Bets affected by errors may be re-settled or voided in accordance with these terms.
-
If there is a dispute regarding a market or result, final determination rests with Jilimine after review of official data and relevant competition documents. The decision of Jilimine is final in all such matters.
-
In the event of a technical failure or data discrepancy, bets registered on the server remain valid unless otherwise specified. Re-settlement may be conducted where required to reach a fair outcome consistent with the applicable market rules.
