Self Exclusion

Self-exclusion — scope and purpose

Jilimine offers a voluntary self-exclusion program to promote responsible gambling. You may initiate a self-exclusion to restrict your activity across all products offered on the Jilimine platform. Activation takes effect immediately and remains in force for the selected period, during which you may not place bets or make deposits.

Exclusion periods

Self-exclusion is available for fixed terms with a minimum duration of six months. The standard options are:

  • Six months (minimum).
  • Twelve months.
  • Twenty-four months.

Longer fixed-term periods may be approved upon written request and identity verification. The exclusion applies to all services on the platform and cannot be lifted before the expiry date, except through the reactivation process described below.

How to request self-exclusion

You may initiate self-exclusion in your account by selecting Self-Exclusion in the Settings area. If you cannot access your account, contact Support. You will be required to provide identity information to verify your request, including legal name, date of birth, registered address, and a government-issued identification document. You will also be asked to confirm the chosen period and the product coverage.

Effects during self-exclusion

During the active period, Jilimine will:

  • Block access to your account and prohibit new bets, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Remove you from promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Apply any applicable regulatory and fraud controls to prevent circumvention.

Lifting a self-exclusion and reactivation

At the expiry date, you may apply to reactivate your Jilimine account by contacting Support. Reactivation requires identity verification and confirmation that you understand the risks associated with gambling. Reactivation is not automatic and may be refused at the discretion of the Compliance Team. If you request reactivation before the expiry date, the request will be denied unless the period has already elapsed.

Data privacy and retention

Jilimine will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering self-exclusion. Data collected for the self-exclusion will be retained for the duration of the exclusion and for a period required by law after expiry. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data in accordance with your local data rights, subject to regulatory obligations.
